Yenfar the Capturer was a wicked sorcerer who fought the first Riders.
He captured and killed Vashya, eighth wife of Hyalor and grandmother of Basikan. He also killed Zenangar, but in that case it did not stick.
He was born to Rider and Ram parents, and may have been the source of the prohibition of marriage between Riders and Rams.
