The Yanadlings are descendants of former Riders who abandoned worship of the gods after their chieftain Nameforgot's many defeats. They have since given up worship of the gods and chosen to focus on shamanism instead; particularly the veneration of Raven. Their name probably comes from Yanade, founder of Rider shamanism. By the time of the Storm Age, their leader is Retva.

Additionally, in the Spirit Hills area your explorers can cross paths with other Yanadling bands, who will offer to sell them spirits. Although this is not a full event, the Yanadlings ask the standard price, and taking them up on it is often a good idea.
