Consequences[]
If you agree, they will praise you in the customary manner and depart with 20 cows, earning you -20 Herds, but also with them owing you a favor. The people may be happy to see ordinary diplomacy being conducted even in these troubled times, and Mood goes up.
If you send them to a clan that owes you a favor, select which one from a list of the applicable. The requesting clan may receive what they wanted from our friends, thus establishing bonds between the three clans. The people may not care about such matters.
