The Wand gives a bonus to any Magic tests undertaken by devotees of Orlanth, Humakt and Urox.
Acquisition[]
It can be acquired by exploring Vestenan in Lights Going Out. It is possible to acquire it during the Vestantes Plan Invasion event, or your explorers may simply report the find (see the image below).
