Walktapus

A walktapus loose in Berenstead.

A walktapus is a Chaos creature with a bulging, tentacled head—much like that of an octopus—and the body of a human. The plural word for walktapus is walktapi. They eat human beings and spirits alike.

Walktapi are indomitable creatures. With eight arms, they can keep four human warriors at bay, they can squirt poison gas, and regenerate the extent that cutting one in two may eventually yield you two walktapi. Despite this, they are surprisingly nimble and difficult to hunt. They can skitter and climb on both walls and roofs and can squeeze through tight spaces.

Lights Going Out[]

Walktapi appear for the first time in Lights Going Out.

Your explorers may encounter walktapi while out on a mission.
