Dialogue[]
“ | The dread foot of the Devil himself stomps down on the walls of Berenstead, damaging or knocking down many sacred structures and houses. The hillfort was also damaged. | ” |
— Six Ages 2: Lights Going Out |
Consequences[]
After the start of this event, your houses, walls, and temples may be damaged. The former two may be repaired with a venture ("Repair Damaged Houses" and "Repair Berenstead", respectively) and the latter in the build dialog. The damage will not be as severe if you chose to ward Berenstead against floods and earthquakes during clan creation.
If you decide to call on Urox, you must first decide how much to sacrifice and whether to risk the integrity of any potential shrine for a stronger rite. If successful, this call will wars against Chaos and give heart to the people, improving Mood. The structural damages remain, however.
If you ask another clan for help rebuilding houses and they agree, they will send over workers who will help you quickly repair the damage. This saves you from having to do the Repair Damaged Houses venture. The damage to the walls and temples will remain. Mood may improve.
Notes[]
Compare with Wakboth Stomps Neighbor, where this happens to your neighbor instead.
