The Tablet has powerful magic, as it will grant one point of clan magic each Sacred Time (unlike other items with this ability, there are no further conditions here) and it will give a bonus to all skill tests undertaken by devotees of Elmal or Osara. However, there is a catch: the heirs of Beren (Iverlantho, Venef and Erenlanth) will instead suffer a penalty to their skill tests.
