Dialogue[]

<Reda/Rodene>, your horsewoman of Redalda, returns from one of her long rides to report that the <Hunt-Deprived> clan has lost touch with their hunting magic. She proposes to cement relations with them by sending <Hanth/Hanvan> to teach them Dostal's ways. "I suggested this to them and they sounded receptive." Hunting methods change throughout the year so he would be gone for five seasons. "If they wanted to hunt," shrugs <Hanth/Hanvan>, "they should not have forgotten Dostal. Why should I waste my time with idiots?"
  1. Send <Hanth/Hanvan> to the <Hunt-Deprived> clan.
  2. Send <Hanth/Hanvan>, along with <Reda/Rodene>, to smooth things over if he offends them.
  3. Discourage <Reda/Rodene> from approaching other clans on her own initiative.
  4. "We need <Hanth/Hanvan> here."

Six Ages 2: Lights Going Out

Consequences[]

If you send <Hanth/Hanvan> to the clan, he grumbles but does as instructed. A year later, he returns, having rekindled the clan's connection to Dostal, the clan treating this as a favor they now owe you.

If you say "We need <Hanth/Hanvan> here," the people may say this is a missed opportunity and Mood drops.
