Dialogue[]
“ | Members of the adjacent nearby <Other> clan come to reveal their precarious state. "Pressed by Chaos and local forces, we have been hiding the true state of our decline for years. There are only <number> of us left, including <low number> elite <warrior/warriors>. Only two of us are fit to serve on a ring. We beg for shelter at Berenstead, where we will work and worship as you do."

Consequences[]
If you choose to integrate them into your clan, then all of their people, including the warriors, will be added to your clan's population. Two nobles, one male and one female, will also join your pool of leaders. They will bring with them tens of Herds and perhaps some Horses, but your Food supply will see an immediate decline. Mood may also rise, depending on the disposition of your clan. Finally, a few seasons after you have decided to integrate them, the new clan members may dig up the wealth they had buried before begging your shelter, adding tens of Goods to your treasury.
Notes[]
The illustration used may differ depending on the culture that the clan belongs to, Ram, Rider or Wheel. If they belong to a Ram clan, than the two leaders will randomly pull from the same portrait gallery as you typically do in Lights Going Out. However, if they belong to a Rider clan, than the two leaders will pull from the portrait set your clan used back in Ride Like the Wind, from when you were Riders, and worship one of the gods you share with them. If they are Wheels, there is a mention how their men had difficulty with settling in your clan but the women quickly adapted. Two Ernalda worshiping leaders will join you, one may share the same portrait as Former Wheel.
