Dialogue[]
“ | Visitors from the <Clan A> clan propose action against the <Clan B> clan. The <Clan B>s, as you recall, took over the lands of the <Disbanded>s, a disbanded clan. "They've stretched themselves too thin. Their patrols cannot defend both their original territory and this one. When Fire Season rolls around, we want you to raid them. Then we'll hit them a second time, driving them out. Should we succeed, we'll give you 20 cows, and goods worth another 20."

Consequences[]
If you urge them to leave the <Clan B>s alone, you have the option to give them a gift. The <Clan A> clan may relent with understanding.
If you agree, if the increase their reward, they may decline, in which case the people may blame the council for missing out on a good deal; Mood may drop.
If you do not aid the first clan against the second, you may receive the following report a while later:
“ | The <Clan A>s never launched that raid against the <Clan B>s. They found no one willing to help them by striking first. That leaves the <Clan B>s in possession of that annexed territory. | ” |
Notes[]
The event's illustration depends on the culture of the clan making the proposal.
