Nocheli was the Nivoran goddess of the red dye insect. Only a few Rider clans maintained her worship during and after the exodus.

You can only worship Nocheli if you took her out of Nivorah with you in clan creation. Even then, you cannot build her a shrine, nor sacrifice to her. Instead, she grants an extra exotic good, Red Dye, which allows you to maintain an extra trade route.
On the Circle[]
You cannot have a worshipper of Nocheli on the circle.

Your clan favors red honor belts, and nearly every advisor portrait has some red stripes or piping.
