Dialogue[]
“ | Kerenna informs the ring that four of your young people seek to become Humakti warriors. Accordingly, she seeks permission to initiate them into the Death Dealer cult. Reda reminds you that Humakt devotees may not wed. "Arranging marriages is one of our last ways of establishing trust with other clans," she says.

Consequences[]
If you allow it, the people may be glad that we heeded courageous Kerenna over worrywart Reda; thus improving Mood... or perhaps the reverse; or they simply trust the ring, with no mood change. A possible consequence is a later alert mentioning that other clans express that you have embraced death over life, possibly earning +1 Hate. However, upon their initiation, you will gain 4 additional Swords, an increase in Mood, and the following text:
“ | The youths Kerenna initiated as Humakti Death-Dealers now join the ranks of our elite warriors. Our Swords yearn to test their mettle by launching a raid. | ” |
— Six Ages 2: Lights Going Out |
If you approve a single initiation, the people may be glad that you met Kerenna half-way, increasing Mood. Some time later, you may gain 1 Sword, but you also receive a drop in Mood as well as the following report:
“ | The youth Kerenna initiated as a Humakti Death-Dealer has joined the ranks of our elite warriors. People are saying we should have initiated everyone who wanted to follow Humakt. | ” |

If you say, "We cannot afford to forego so many weddings," then, in a rare turn of events, it is possible for no one to have strong opinions about this. No one praises the ring, but no one second-guesses it either.
