Kera is a member of the player clan in the prologue of Six Ages: Lights Going Out. She serves as a member of Brolarulf's clan ring for the whole of the prologue, and is 46 when it begins. Before the start of the game proper, and Iverlantho's ascension to the Berenethtelli throne, she died along with her sovereign and the rest of the ring in either the Blue Plague or the Blood Blizzard. She has the following advice to give:
- "Beren and Redalda would never attack their own kin."
- "There are living gods we can sacrifice those sheep and valuables to, to help feed us."
- "As life gets worse, survival is more important than lost glory."
- "Some say [the gods] are sleeping. Either way, we have to make sure we can support the gods who still do answer."
