Dialogue[]
“ | In the southern Orlanthi kingdom of Forosan, <explorer> and explorers find a ravaged landscape, dotted with depopulated clan territories and shattered fortifications. They travel for days without spotting any other humans. In places the world appears to be coming apart entirely. One day they spy a small band of Forosilvuli, beset by gigantic Chaos monsters called jack-o-bears.

Consequences[]
Attacking the jack-o-bears turns their attention to your party, killing and wounding several. The Forosilvuli, in gratitude for your sacrifice, may gift the Tiger Tooth of Forosan, which they say will aid with raiding in the southern valley. When brought back to the village, it is identified as one of the Four Kingdoms treasures, providing a diplomatic blessing to whoever possesses the full set of four.
Advice[]
- "Beren did not fight jack-o-bears, but I imagine he would have attacked."
- "They say a jack-o-bear's head resembles a pumpkin, a large vegetable once known in the valley."
- "Better hang back."
- "The jack-o-bears fight as a pack, and we must do the same."
- "Might we find one of the Four Kingdoms Treasures?"
- "I will lose respect if I do nothing."
- "To retain my honor, I must fight."
