Dialogue[]

Members of the <Ram> clan come to you offering a treasure. As you know, they are not Hyalorings like you, but members of the foreign Ram People culture. They say they just suffered a large loss of cattle, after a raid from a Hyaloring clan, the <Ram Killers>. Survival now requires them to do the unthinkable—offer an ancestral treasure, the Horn of Vingkot, in exchange for 75 cows they desperately need to replenish their herds. They won’t take any less, or any other sort of payment for it. The Horn, they explain, will make your neighbors love and fear you.
  1. Pay 75 cows for it.
  2. Pay 75 cows for it, then destroy it.
  3. Pay 75 cows for it, then give it to the Ram Killers.
  4. Politely decline.
  5. Scornfully refuse.

Six Ages: Ride Like the Wind

Consequences[]

75 cows is a high price for a treasure, but the Horn of Vingkot is an impressive one, likely to boost your relations significantly. Its effect is enhanced if you have good relations with your Ram neighbors.

Notes[]

If you keep the Horn, you may later experience Horn of Vingkot Ultimatum.
