Fel Dichu is a city your exploration missions can encounter at apparently random points on the map, including your own lands. There are also a couple of mentions of the Feldichi or Feldikki, who may be the inhabitants of Fel Dichu.

We've returned from the <direction>. We unexpectedly came upon a small city full of industrious magicians. They gave us hospitality and gifts, welcoming us to Fel Dichu. When we awoke the next morning, there was no city. It was no dream, because we all agree that it happened, and we still have the gifts. But as hard as we searched, there was no sign that a city was ever there.
On our way back from exploring the <direction> we were met by a most unusual sight. I would call it a gold wheel, but it had nothing to do with the charioteers. A hoop of gold, as tall as a man, rolled up to us and began to sing. At first none of us understood it, but then it began using the language from <when we first recognized Yelm/back when Nyalda first fed us>. It began to roll back and forth, and I saw the pattern and joined in. It was a sublime moment, and I could see that no matter how dark it got, all people could work together to restore the light. Then the moment ended. After a while, it stopped.

After simply humming for as long as it takes to bake a barley loaf, it sang again. "Tell the Feldichi that they must choose." Then it rolled off, faster than an arrow. None of us knew what to make of this, but it may be worth sharing the story with other clans."

"A trader from the <other> clan spoke of the far-off Feldikki people, who build towers so they don't have to live on the ground and <have flying chariots/eat no meat/drink blood>. Truly the world is an amazing place!"

The Feldichi are known to later Glorantha as the legendary ancient inhabitants of Dorastor, who did not survive the Great Darkness despite their wisdom and magic. Some also remember the Feldichi unkindly.
