Dialogue[]

Emissaries from the <Elmali> clan <give you/present a gift of> <aromatic resin/incense/gold cloth/beaded bow cases> worth <number> cows. But they have <really/actually> come to <talk about/discuss> the troubling increase of Chaos in the valley. They mention <the birth of a two-headed calf/bleeding cheese/barley rotting overnight/slime covering a boundary marker>, <six-legged boars trampling the gardens/boneless horses/dead goats stumbling about/houses filling with mold>, and insolent teenagers. <Chieftain>, their chief, wants to know your response.
  1. Offer to perform a Chaos-fighting ritual for the <Elmali>.
  2. “The Rams are behind this.”
  3. “Together, our warriors will hunt and destroy Chaos.“
  4. Chaos is a problem, but it is not our worst problem.”

Six Ages: Ride Like the Wind

Consequences[]

You receive the goods at the start of the event.

If you say that the Rams are behind this, the other clan can find your blaming of them obtuse, and leave with worsened relations.

If you don't deal with the issue now, you may have to deal with a persistent Chaos Threat stress for a while afterwards.

Notes[]

The first option, at least, does not appear for all clans.

This event may use a variety of illustrations.
