Elempur

The ruins of Elempur.

Elempur was the southernmost city of the Dara Happan Empire, located where the Black Eel River meets the Oslira. It was attacked and destroyed by Rams. The last survivor of the city was adopted by the ancestors of the Ram Killers, who still seek to avenge their kin. Elempur's ruins is still haunted by the ghosts of those killed.

Ride Like the Wind

Elempur first appears in Ride Like the Wind. You can visit it from the start of the game, but it is located on the other side of the Black Eel from your clan lands, so you may want to perform the Taming the River ritual and choose to tame the Black Eel River before you visit.

The Rams refer to Elempur as "where the house of Janard Lastralgor was destroyed," perhaps indicating that their people took heavy losses in destroying it.
