Dialogue[]
“ | An earthquake sends your cows stampeding far from their pastures. <Number> of them remain missing. Though your herders expect to recover at least some of them, the people react with <fear/terror/extreme trepidation>. Your Nyalda devotees declare that <distant/faraway/alien/weird> gods are <attacking/assaulting/injuring/wounding> the earth, and that the effects of this <calamity/disaster/outrage> can be felt even here. Other elders <disagree>, blaming the quake on <burrowing/subterranean/underground-dwelling> trolls or dwarves. | ” |

Consequences[]
At the start of the event, Mood drops and your Herds decrease some.
Spirits can usually return all or most of your cows to you, even if you don't perform the arduous version of the rite.
If you lend Nyalda strength, you must first decide how much to sacrifice to aid this endeavor. A successful rite will cause Mood to rise and help the earth heal, making sure there are no more quakes in the near future.
If you elect to take no further action, the people may see the wisdom in this, reasoning that you can't avert a disaster that has already happened. Even so, Mood does not improve.
No matter the choice, some of your cows may be found and returned by your herders.
