Dialogue[]

<Sole Survivor> comes upon unfamiliar humans in rough attire that suggests some sort of connection to a raccoon god or spirit. They are locked in loud dispute with a host of ghosts. Their rancor poisons the air, killing off some of the last remaining animals.
  1. Show the Raccoon Folk how to dig into the ice for frozen fish.
  2. Tell them of Redalda, who kept diplomacy alive when the Talking God died.
  3. Use magic to remind the ghosts of the barrier between the living and the dead.
  4. Keep moving.

Six Ages 2: Lights Going Out

Consequences[]

If you successfully use magic to remind the ghosts of the barrier between the living and the dead, then the ghosts will be shooed off. The Raccoon Folk will then praise the Sole Survivor and offer them some bone powder to slake their hunger. If they choose to accept the offer, the Sole Survivors bones will become stronger and the air more breathable. Invigorated, the Sole Survivor treks further into the Dead World.

If you keep moving, you move on to the next event.
