Dialogue[]
“ | Outlanders claiming to be Dara Happans beg for shelter at your gate. <Apparently they're from a different small city than the travelers who asked for worship.> As they tell it, they survived the Chaos explosion that destroyed the dome. Their forefathers came south as yours did, though without horses. Before reaching the valley, Balurgans captured them, readying them for human sacrifice. They escaped, and still fear recapture, as the Hungry Earth Cult might pursue them still."

Consequences[]
If you take them in, your Population will increase some and your people may become incensed at the Balurgans' practice of human sacrifice, in which case Mood improves. After a while, you may receive the following report:
“ | The Dara Happan refugees we adopted have shown us solar rites our Rider ancestors had to abandon during the exodus. These will grant good fortune during Fire Season. | ” |

If so, not only do you receive this blessing, but Mood improves further.
