Consequences[]
If you scold them, the people may say that words are not enough. If so, mood may fall. Alternatively, this will satisfy your clan, in which case mood may neither rise or fall.
If you banish them as outlaws, then you will lose however many squanderers there were in population number, but the mood may improve for clan leaders taking this harsh but necessary action. If the ring member urged for this action, then they may receive credit for putting the clan over their own kin; mood may improve.
