Dialogue[]
“ | Chalana Arroy explains further. “Exploring heals a world that is fraying and coming undone. By seeing and remembering, you hold it together. My blessing will enhance your explorers’ ability to mend the world, even in improbable circumstances. Yet I imagine you also desire a benefit to aid your own people.” What does <Explorer> request? | ” |

Consequences[]
Chalana Arroy's ongoing healing blessing will last for at least five years—potentially much longer if you allocated magic to Healing at Sacred Time.
Immediate healing will cure everyone who can be healed. It is a good idea if you have many sick or injured people, but not if the clan is mostly healthy.
The treasure the goddess grants is random, but will never be a weapon. Receiving it may also make the explorer more popular and improve clan mood.
Notes[]
This event is a bit of an oddity—it can be triggered from several other exploration events if you suffer setbacks while doing things the goddess would not disapprove of. In that sense, it's a chain event. The previous event's failure text will include a lead-in about the vision of the goddess, which is why this event seems to start in media res.
Advice[]
- "You can certainly trade horses or cattle, but treasures are always highly sought." - Issaries devotee/Bargainer
- "Cows are the sure choice. We should not always make the sure choice."
- "We are already horse-rich."
- "Whatever additional boon I ask for, we must remember that exploration heals the world."
