Dialogue[]

A strange belief has crept through the valley. Inspired by the words of a northern horsewoman, explorers of the <Rider> clan ventured to a lost plateau. There they found a priestess named Cenala. She says she’s the daughter of Hyalor and the elf goddess Aldrya, which should be impossible. Elves are no friends to humankind, so <number> clans reject this as impious and dangerous nonsense. The remaining <other number> Hyaloring clans believe the story, and hope for some kind of peace with the elves.
  1. Encourage friendship between the two sides.
  2. Let it be known that you accept Cenala.
  3. Let it be known that you reject Cenala.
  4. Keep out of it.

Consequences[]

If you choose to encourage friendship, a strong diplomat can persuade the other clans to live and let live. This is a test of Diplomacy vs. Resentment, so the Rose spirit can help, as can Diplomacy magic allotment in Sacred Time.

Notes[]

It isn't known if making peace here is enough to win the Schism Truce achievement. However, when I took this option there were no more schism events during that playthrough.
