The Black Eel Valley (often referred to as simply "the valley") is defined by, and named after, the Black Eel River, which flows through it, eventually meeting the fiercer Oslira River. It is the home of many peoples, but most notably Riders and Wheels that have migrated south from the glacier up north, Rams that have migrated north from the kingdoms down south, and the non-settled Weeder people. To the east of the valley are the Dog Hills, where the Votanki dog-people live, to the north is the Imther Mountains, and to the west are the Autumn Mountains.

Ride Like the Wind[]

In Six Ages: Ride Like The Wind, your clan settles in the Black Eel Valley.

Many of the games events take place inside, or in the area around, the valley.

Lights Going Out[]

Sometime between Ride Like the Wind and Lights Going Out, the Balurgans and Jajalaraings have joined the previously mentioned peoples as residents of the Black Eel valley.
