Dialogue[]
“ | <Reda, who frequently travels past your walls for the latest on other clans/Visitors from your allies, the <Clan A>s>, inform you that the <Clan B>s have acquired a treasure your sages thought destroyed. Consequences[]
If the clan is friendly, you may consider offering to trade for it. You have to choose the noble to send, the size of their retinue, and number of goods to offer. Offering more than 25 cows will increase chances of success. Success may see the trade be made and the Berenbane banner destroyed for all time.
If you demand its destruction, this may incense them, increasing their chances to want and use it to attack you. Alternatively, they may cave and hand it over to you diplomat, who promptly destroys it. If so, Mood is raised. If you fail to intimidate them, it only makes it more likely they want to use it, however.
If you promise a raid to seize it, your people may unify around destroying the banner above other complaints, raising Mood.
Notes[]
The event will have different illustrations depending on if it's Reda or your allies informing you of the banner appearing.
