Dialogue[]
“ | Members of the <Berenethtelli> clan seek aid in gaining an ancestral boon. "When Beren first made the tribe, it was our javelins that convinced recalcitrant Ram chieftains that a son of Elmal could be our king. Our ancestors, who lead the fearsome Berenguard, will grant us magic if we recapitulate their heroic deeds and strike an enemy clan on your behalf. Who shall it be?" <The strong historical bonds between your clans have frayed considerably as of late.> | ” |

Consequences[]
If you specify a clan, they immediately raid in your name. If their raid is successful, they get the boon they desired and they're likely to share some plunder with you (+Goods). If the raid is specified against a clan that mocks you, they might not mock you anymore (Mock -1).
Advice[]
- "I am honored to direct the javelins of the Berenguard." - Iverlantho
- "We need them with us when we revive the tribe." - royalist ring member
- "Some like us, some don't, so I guess pick a clan in the latter category?"
- "Send them against Wheels or Riders."
- "Like the weapons of the <Clan>s, the songs of the Berenguard are sharply pointed."
- "The javelin may not fly as far as an arrow, but it flies as true."
- "Attacks on bandits lack ritual equivalence to the Berenguard's exploits."
- "If we muck with the demands of their ancestors, they'll rightly call us turdwallowers."
- "I would not say that Beren was ruthless in bringing Ram clans into his tribe. Occasionally forceful would be the better phrase."
- "Not sure, so no."
- "This will precipitate a spiral of revenge."
- "Why would we expend precious magic?"
